Now, look…I’m not going to try to convince you that you shouldn’t care about your appearance. I’m not going to try to convince you that there isn’t a connection between beauty and self-esteem.

But I’m also not going to try to convince you that you should try to look like Kim Kardashian (Photoshopped or not), or that if you did look like her, you’d magically love your body and be endlessly happy for the rest of your life.
The only thing I’m going to try to convince you of is this: loving your body isn’t just about the way it looks; it’s about your power to change it.
What I mean is that being fit or thin or whatever you desire isn’t the key to loving your body; the key to really loving your body—and yourself—both inside and out, is the knowledge that you have the power to change it, mold it, and love it.
And you can start doing that, as soon as you understand the 3 basic truths about why women struggle with our bodies.
Seriously, it’s really that straightforward: there are 3 simple reasons we struggle with our bodies…3 simple reasons we fail to see results.
Today, I’m going to expose those reasons, laying it all out for you—and, I’m going to reveal exactly how to get the physical results you’ve always desired…whether it’s a smokin’ hot body… a lean, toned, dancer’s physique… or a body worthy of competing in a women’s figure competition…

Just as I’ve done with countless moms, wives, sisters, and even other trainers. Beauty. Looks. Attractiveness.
Is this stuff really so important that we willingly believe the lies mainstream media is feeding us about what a woman is supposedto look like?
Well…yes and no.
Please understand: NO woman needs digital liposuction, and no woman should think otherwise. Ever.
But…how you look is important, in a number of ways. In fact, numerous psychological studies have shown that it’s not just your self-esteem and confidence that are affected by your appearance; it’s also your overall health and well being.
Your perception of your body can create a number of issues: stress, sleep troubles, headaches—things that can all alter your hormonal profile, leading you to gain more fat.
Now, reading that, you MIGHT think that trying to change your body is the first step. But I’m here to tell you that it isn’t.
While you absolutely should take action to change your body and improve your health, the REAL first step is changing your mind.
It all starts with your perception of your body—and once you change that, your body begins to change even faster.
All you need to do is realize that you are already beautiful. You are already vibrant. You already have a great body.
With the right tools, you have the power to make all of those things even better. And that’s what I’m going to help you with: giving you those very tools. Tools to help you lose fat and build strength while enhancing your feminine curves, beautiful body, and radiant spirit.

I know, I know…sounds a bit woo-woo, or too good to be true.
And, I understand your skepticism. After all, when it comes to changing your body, you’ve been let down before.
But please take it from me…because everything I’m sharing with you, I learned as hard, painful lessons.
However, before I talk about that,
I’ve got to get something off my chest…
Initially, my own desire to improve and transform
came from a VERY unhealthy place.
As a single mom running my own business, I allowed myself to believe (through the words and images forced on me by others) that I wasn’t good enough.
I thought I wasn’t skinny enough.
I thought I wasn’t pretty enough.
I thought I wasn’t strong enough.
But really… I guess I just thought that I wasn’t enough.
Does that ring any bells?
It cost me. Those beliefs held me back and locked me in a prison of my own creation.
Those thoughts looped in my brain over and over and over again, and led me to a place of negativity, fear and self-loathing. I became totally obsessive compulsive about EVERYTHING.
I admit it. I was a b*tch. Especially to myself.
I worked out harder and longer. I dieted more strictly. I counted every single frickn’ calorie, often uttering the phrase “I can’t eat that.” I sheepishly declined invitations to hang out with my friends just because it wasn’t my “cheat day.”
Wow…looking back on that now, I feel really silly. At the time, however, it felt completely normal. I didn’t even realize how crazy I was making myself.
Ultimately, I DID get what I wanted: I maintained a very lean, rock hard physique.
Oh yeah, and all the while? I was effing miserable!
CONSTANTLY tired, hungry and stressed.
I just kept thinking: “If I just train harder and get leaner, THEN I’ll be happier…
…If I can make my thighs smaller, THEN I’ll love myself.”
Which, of course, couldn’t be further from the truth.
It was a dark time for me, and I had to learn the hard way that you can’t hate yourself to happiness.
Yet, after years of self-discovery and trial and error, today my life is very different.
But you know what? As painful as that part of my life was, I’m thankful for it. If I hadn’t tried and failed to make myself happy…I wouldn’t have learned how to help so many women. I wouldn’t have learned how to help you.
